Fearless Positivity

Fearless Positivity

Fearless Positivity
Confused by the title? Let me explain… Although there are countless personality types, being of a positive or negative demeanour is fundamentally the root of each off shoot. A common misconception about positive people is that they are always happy, never get angry and never let anything bring them down. Unless you’re a medicated, happy go lucky I’m on top of the world constantly kind of person, it’s close to impossible and frankly a bit of an annoyance to people who experience a myriad of emotions on a daily basis.
We also get angry, sad, disappointed and dare I say – EXTREMELY frustrated. But, because we’re of a positive demeanour, those 5 minutes of negativity don’t turn a good day bad. We see it for what it is and find a way to turn whatever the negative intrusion is into a positive, productive outcome. So then why the title “Fearless Positivity”? Simply put, you need a bit of guts to get yourself out of a negative space be it physical or mental and that dear folks takes a fair amount of guts! I understand that it must awful to feel negative all the time although I do believe that some folks actually revel in it… The GRINCH anybody? Being negative on the other hand is always expecting the worst. Never finding beauty in anything and just being miserable as a way of life. It takes a lot of energy, tenacity and good old fashioned stubbornness to remain positive (even in our not so positive moods” It takes 23 days to form a habit and if for no other reason that saying “F@ck you life, I’ll show you!” go for it!
So be fearless, find something that makes you smile. Something that gets you excited and if you’re thinking “if that crocodile eats me, how in the name of green grass could this be positive?” Well you probably just fed a starving animal – good deed done!

Digging Deeper

Digging Deeper

“You don’t have to look for the signs, you just have to pay attention to them”, I’m certain somebody said at one point or another. The question is, what are the signs, and what exactly are they trying to communicate. I’m not talking about getting to a new destination on any physical map or looking out for physical symptoms of illness or recovery. Rather, being a committed believer to the law of the Universe, frequency and vibration, it’s more of an intuitive sense of understanding I refer to.
There are so called angel numbers, not being able to a get tune out of your head then turning on the radio only to have that tune playing and many more, I’m sure. It’s not the actual “signs” I’m trying to get to the bottom of but how deep do we really need to dig. Whether it’s to find truth or a better understanding of whatever it is that’s making us chew out the inner walls our mouths, crash into doors, have little geckos land on our hands… So the more intuition is paid attention to, the more in tune we become to frequency, “this is so awesome I’m never going to speak to humans again”, and then BOOM! No more signs. No more understanding. Leaving only a sometimes very lonely and unattainable space that’s been created, with the begging question “what now, huh? WHAT NOW UNIVERSE!!!”.
It matters not, I think, so much about the finding the one ultimate meaning. Let’s face it with more understanding or even just with more answers, more questions are sure to follow. I’m pretty sure that the never ending curiosity is “The Sign”, the sign of being on the right path. As gloomy as this may seem, it’s the ever looming sonofsignses that show up again to remind you, “keep doing what you’re doing”, assuming that it’s what you’re meant to be doing. Even if only to find more questionable answers.. It is after all, a matter of following your instincts and trusting the Universe because if there are no more questions, what would there be to search for…

Frequency UP

Frequency UP

Raising your vibrations might seem to some as being a paranormal myth. Don’t fool yourself, if anything, it’s PARAMOUNT to understanding how we interact with other energies, be it nature or human (arguably also part of nature!). I’m no scientist and no brainiac but if there’s one thing I remember from school science, it’s how energy works (Tesla Ball anyone?). Quite simply put, entry point – exit point. So what is the point I’m trying to make exactly? First, become aware of the vibrations around you, then try to feel whether you’re absorbing or emitting your own frequency.
There are countless books and guides to teach tricks to meditation in order to become aware of your own frequency. They are useful, I suppose, however they bore me endlessly. “Occam’s razor”, is how I like to go about things; meaning the simplest solution/answer is usually the way to go. But how to do this? Two words – Goose Bumps. We’ve all had them and its part of the tactile sensory category. Now take that feeling you get and imagine your brain getting goose bumps. Music is the most universally relatable example of shared energy. When a fully charged tune is playing (1000hp by Godsmack being the perfect example), you immediately feel excited. It radiates energy and that energy is contagious so that’s what happens at a concert. Everybody is charged with that energy because it IS CONTAGIOUS!
So step outside, feel the energy around you, raise your vibrations and imprint your energy into the universe instead of just “going with the flow”. It can be a frighteningly alarming experience because if you’ve never consciously done it, you may not understand what what’s happening. I’m no Guru, I’ve just changed my concept of fear to exhilaration. The reason for this specific little ditty tonight? The world is becoming charged again, I can feel it in the air and like I said in the beginning; Entrance point – exit point… This being mine. Seed is planted, happiness!
p.s. don’t get too carried away by trying to jump off the cupboard to see if you can fly!
